PROFENDER4X4 WARRANTY
Profender4x4 shock warranty does not cover any shocks that are used in MOTORSPORT RACING of any type.
Profender Australia Guarantees products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year ( excludes shocks used in Motorsport racing ).
Warranty does not cover damage, abuse, crash, modified with or without standard / genuine Profender parts,
neglect or custom made shocks being incorrectly manufactured if drawings/ specifications are not supplied correctly.
At time of sale Profender Australia guarantees the chrome, paint, anodizing or finish to be free of defects, it is
expected that the quality of the finish will degrade over time due to the inherent conditions that are faced on 4wd's
and motor vehicles.
Profender Australia will not accept parts for warranty or returns that were purchased overseas or from any other source.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
Profender Australia will not accept products back because you have changed your mind.
If you have purchased the part incorrectly Profender Australia reserves the right to make the decision if a return is
allowable, please make sure prior to ordering you order the correct size shocks and suitable part for the application.
If a product is faulty it may be sent back to Profender Australia with prior agreement.
Profender Australia must allocate a return number that must accompany the parts prior to sending the goods back to us.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS?
Profender Australia will not pay for returns or warranty claims and it is up to the customer to pay for the postage.
If a warranty is passed the 20% restocking fee will be waived but the customer must still pay postage for the goods.
CREDIT FOR RETURN.
Profender Australia does not accept custom orders for returns.
No Order that is purchased from other countries may be returned to us for warranty or for credit, these orders must go
back to the original place of purchase.
Only products that are stock items will be viewed for a credit.
If the goods are damaged in any way a credit will not be issued.
Credits that are approved will not be deemed in the way of cash but in exchange for a correct product if this is the reason
why the original product is returned.
INSTORE RETURN OPTIONS
If a product or a return has been approved the products can be viewed at our showroom to check the reason why the
product is being returned , damage to the parts from scratches, marks, grease, dirt or any foreign matter will void the
chance of a return.
Once a part has been fitted on a vehicle it cannot be returned for credit.
PACKING MATERIALS
If products are returned in damaged and / or not the original packaging, the cost of the packaging will be taken off the Credit amount.
All goods being returned must be properly packaged, wrapped in Bubble wrap secured properly and sent by a track-able
postage or freight company.
Profender Australia takes no responsibility for lost or damaged freight.
PAYMENTS
Profender Australia accepts Pay pal, Visa, Master card, Debit Card, Money Order, Bank Cheque as well as EFT and cash.
Credit card can be accepted over the phone and is the fastest way to have your products processed and on their way to you.
Pay pal and EFT can take a couple of days to be processed.
When paying Pay pal, you must first contact Profender Australia to set a final price with freight prior to paying on Pay pal.
Profender Australia checks Pay pal daily, once we see the money in our Pay pal account, we then process the order.
EFT is much the same way as PayPal where the customer needs to contact Profender Australia to get a total cost with freight.
It is recommended to fax or phone Profender Australia and advise them of the transaction.
EFT usually takes two (2) days for it to show in our account.
Profender Australia will not proceed with the order until the payment is showing in our account.
Profender Australia takes no responsibility for not proceeding with an order if the customer does not contact us and explains
that the goods have been paid for.
Cash is only accepted in our shop and not by mail.
Money Orders and Bank Cheques will be processed once we receive the money order/ Bank Cheques.
Profender Australia reserves the right to decline any Bank Cheque or Money Order that we feel may be fraudulent.
Personal and business cheques will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
SHIPPING
Profender Australia ships small products in 500g, 3kg and 5kg express bags by Australia Post wherever possible.
The customer does not need to be at home to receive the item.
If the customer is not at home, a card will be left in their letterbox and the customer may be required to go to the local
post office to collect it.
Larger items over 5kg will generally go on TNT Australia and we can give ‘authority to leave’ if the customer is not home during delivery.
Profender Australia accepts no liability if the products are not delivered safely or they are stolen, if you request a "authority to leave”
it is your responsibility.
Profender Australia can ship on the customer’s account with their freight company if required.
Overseas orders are usually TNT Overseas, but we always quote first to check the customer is happy with the quote before proceeding.
Profender Australia will not be held liable for any loss of time, labour or other cost incurred or damage caused to a
vehicle from Profender4x4 Products.
It is up to the Person fitting the products to make sure the parts do work correctly and are fitted
Correctly and are the correct parts prior to fitting.
